1. Quotations and Contract Formation
An online enquiry submission does not constitute a confirmed contract or guarantee vehicle availability. All quotations provided by Men With Van UK are calculated against the specific inventory, access conditions, and dates provided by the customer. Quotations remain valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Customer Obligations and Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring clear, legal parking access at both collection and delivery addresses, including securing any required parking permits or suspension bays. Any delays or fines resulting from undisclosed parking restrictions may be chargeable.
3. Excluded and Prohibited Goods
Unless explicitly agreed in writing under specialist transport terms, our fleet will not transport hazardous materials, inflammable liquids, compressed gas cylinders, firearms, or illegal contraband.
4. Goods in Transit Protection
All confirmed moves include Goods in Transit insurance subject to policy limits and excess terms. Fragile or high-value items must be declared in advance during the enquiry review.
