1. Clearance & Recycling Commitment

Men With Van UK is committed to reducing landfill waste across Manchester and the North West. For house clearances and office decommissions, we partner with licensed waste transfer stations, recycling centers, and local charitable organizations to re-home reusable furniture and recycle metals, woods, and cardboards.

2. Prohibited Hazardous Waste

We operate strictly in accordance with UK Environmental Agency guidelines. Under no circumstances do our clearance teams transport asbestos, biomedical waste, raw chemicals, paint cans with liquid, gas canisters, or toxic materials.

3. Duty of Care & Waste Transfer Notes

For commercial clearance operations, a digital Waste Transfer Note (WTN) detailing the classification and destination of materials is provided upon job completion to ensure our clients maintain full regulatory audit compliance.
